Brendan Broussard

Having started his first job at 14 in his home town Houston, Brendan is no stranger to rolling his sleeves up and working hard to reach a goal. His early years were spent with his family s fire protection company spending summers, breaks, and afternoons supporting the day to day needs of massive job sites. His love of real estate grew with each plot of land he watched transform into a towering building, and with each completed project his understanding of what makes real estate function also grew. His career in commercial real estate started with simply saying yes to a summer internship based out of Los Angeles. In this role, he developed a fingertip feel for how the local markets worked, and from here he transitioned into a fully licensed agent specializing in multifamily,Office and Retail properties throughout the Los Angeles & surrounding areas in the last 3 years. Since then Brendan has returned to Houston to bring his clients here the same high level experience and their goals being reached by the next generation of Commercial Broker.
