Benjamin Spinner

Ben is a native of Los Angeles with over 6 years in the
commercial real estate industry with a focus on industrial brokerage. Ben began
his career at a boutique real estate company in Downtown LA, in which he
represented both tenant occupiers and landlords. Ben decided to move to a
national firm, Marcus & Millichap, to better assist his clients and build a
team. While at Marcus & Millichap, Ben was awarded a “Rising Star”, which notices
a select few agent as future leaders in the commercial real estate industry.
Ben has completed well over $100 million in total transactions. Ben has a
passion for helping growing companies find innovative solutions to their space
needs.
