Ben Bergman

Ben Bergman joined SVN | Hintze Commercial Real Estate in March of 2019 with a focus on office
and industrial property for sale or lease.

Prior to SVN Hintze, Ben served as Sales and Marketing Director for Ballistic – VR, a virtual reality
development company for the construction and design industry. The innovation and creation of this
technology fueled Ben’s interest in commercial real estate.

The core of Ben’s business practice methodology is to provide the time and attention to the needs of
each individual in order to maximize the success of every assignment. Creativity, the use of new
technology, and out-of-the-box thinking are the cornerstones of Ben’s approach.

As Ben embarks on his career path to grow as a professional in the commercial real estate industry, he
offers sincerity, patience, and devotion to getting the deal done as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
Born and raised in Israel, Ben brings a broader view of the value of interpersonal relations, diversity, and
multi-cultural interactions. Ben graduated from a Rabbinical College and pursued studies in psychology
at the Open University while in Israel.

Ben continues to pursue opportunities to list office and industrial property and to work with both buyers
and tenants. Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and values the family unit. Ben is
an avid follower of major league football.
