Barrett Fowler

Barrett is an experienced commercial real estate professional based in Charlotte, NC with 15 years of experience in commercial sales/leasing, development, and finance. His career in commercial real estate began at one of the world’s largest financial institutions in which he managed deal-making/transaction activity throughout the southeast and led a national real estate disposition program. He has since held positions in retail development and commercial real estate lending. Barrett holds a MBA with concentration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia and the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He is licensed in North and South Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama.

• Acquisition of 60,000 square feet of office space in Raleigh, NC
• Acquisition of 800,000 square foot retail mall in Roanoke, VA
• Disposition of 400+ retail bank branch properties
• Sale-leaseback of 150,000 square foot office building in Coral Gables, FL

In 2022, Barrett founded Fowler Commercial Property Advisors, LLC to serve tenants and property owners throughout the Carolinas.
