Barbara Petrilla is partnered with an experienced national team through EXP Commercial that offers Professional service combined with CRE technology and resources. The leasing representations range from warehouse, office, retail, and multi-family needs. Ms. Petrilla is
licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland with certifications from NCREA, CREIP and
a Global Marketing Agent. She has enjoyed working with short term student
exchange programs from France for the past 17 years through Horizons Du Monde. Most
importantly, Barbara is the proud mother of four active young adults and spouses,
plus two energetic grandchildren.
