Andy Mills

Andy Mills, SIOR, CCIM is the President and Broker of Elford Realty, LLC and Elford Asset Mgt. As President Andy is responsible for all commercial brokerage operations, which include: business development, marketing, client relations, and recruitment. Andy works with both tenants and owners on strategies related to their real estate expansion, relocation, acquisition and disposition. He views his role as an advisor to help clients understand the market and effectively achieve their goals with their real estate. His approach to the business is simple: work hard, practice integrity, add-value, communicate often, and pay attention to details.

Andy is an active member in many organizations including National Association of Realtors (Board of Directors), Ohio Realtors (Board of Directors), Columbus Realtors (Past President), SIOR (Foundation Committee), CCIM (Past Ohio President), NAIOP (Member) & ICSC (Member). He also is an Adjunct Professor at the The Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University teaching introduction to real estate finance. In addition to being active in real estate organizations he is also an active member in: Tri-Village Rotary (Past-President); Nationwide Children’s Hospital (Past Development Board President/Co-Chair Ambassador’s Council); and, is a 2nd grade reading tutor at Wiggin Street Elementary School (17+yrs).

Andy has been recognized as the Columbus Business First 40 under 40 recipient, The Business Journals 2019 Top 100 National Influences in Commercial Real Estate, Columbus Board of Realtors 10 under 40, Top 10 Commercial Producer (Columbus Realtors), Most Unique Transaction (Columbus Realtors), Largest Sale Transaction (Columbus Realtors), and Rookie of the Year (Columbus Realtors). Andy has held the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation since 2009 and was recognized by the CCIM Institute with the Presidential Distinction Award under his leadership as President of the Ohio Chapter in 2014. He earned his SIOR designation in 2020 (only 3600 members worldwide).
