Andrew Steele

Andrew Steele joined Oxford Property Group in 2023, securing spaces for Commercial and Residential purchasers and tenants in the greater NYC Metro Area. Andrew began his real estate career over two decades ago in Minneapolis Minnesota with Coldwell Banker.

Leading up to his New Jersey and New York real estate career, Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University Business School. As a duly-licensed real estate agent in New York and New Jersey, Andrew represents purchasing and leasing clients within these highly competitive markets.

Before Rutgers, Andrew embraced a wide variety of experiences to hone his technical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Andrew and his team source and research matching properties on- and off-market, present competitive offers, negotiate best terms, align attorneys, and provide follow-through to the final stages of securing the client’s next space.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys bodyweight resistance training, exploring NYC, and traveling with his family.
