Andrew specializes in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant and single-tenant properties on a nationwide platform. Andrew’s unique and custom tailored approach to achieving the best results for every client begins with understanding current market conditions and anticipating future needs.

Through extensive in-depth marketing, thorough transaction management, and unparalleled market knowledge, Andrew is able to assist his clients’ in meeting their investment goals and objectives, continually achieving maximum results for each investor. During his career Andrew has achieved success at many levels and his success is defined by integrity, professionalism, and unmatched market expertise.

Prior to joining CIRE Partners, Andrew started his career as a commercial runner in the Bay Area around 1998 and eventually became a Senior Director at a top national commercial real estate investment brokerage. He earned several prestigious Achievement Awards for excelling beyond the company’s standards from 2006 through 2011. Andrew is recognized for being a Top 5 Agent in San Diego and a Top 10 Agent Nationally.

Throughout Andrew’s real estate career, he has played a critical role in the acquisition and disposition of commercial assets totaling in excess of $800 million. Andrew is a graduate of San Diego State University. He lives in Del Mar with his wife Emily and their two children. Andrew is involved in many philanthropic organizations including the Boys and Girls Club, American Cancer Society, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
