Andrew Fleckenstein specializes in tenant representation. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Andrew worked as a Tenant Advisor at Cresa, where he represented tenants and buyers in their commercial real estate transactions to help them achieve their business objectives.

Andrew has worked in tenant-only commercial real estate tenant representation his entire career, and is a firm believer in the occupier-centric model and the benefits therein.
