About Allanah

I’m Allanah Toscano, a licensed real estate professional since 2013 with over a decade of experience across residential and commercial real estate. I work primarily with office, retail, and warehouse properties, and I’ve spent years in the trenches of property management overseeing 400 plus apartment and townhome units, mobile home parks, and commercial buildings. I know what makes a property look good on paper and what actually makes it function in real life, and those two things don’t always match.
A big part of my work focuses on value add properties. I help owners clean things up, improve operations, and reposition assets so they perform better financially and feel better in person. That often means working closely with existing tenants, smoothing out problems, and when needed, helping transition to tenants who are a better long term fit for the property. It’s part strategy, part people skills, and part rolling up your sleeves.
I run United Properties, a full service property management company, with my business partner. Together, we handle everything from day to day management to bigger picture planning, which allows owners to step back while still staying informed. I’m also in the process of earning my broker’s license, which feels a lot like going back to school, just with more coffee involved.
Outside of work, I spend my time with my family on our mini homestead ranch, taking care of animals, working the land, and learning firsthand that maintenance never really ends, whether it’s a property or a chicken coop.
I believe real estate works best when it’s honest, collaborative, and handled with care. I enjoy building real relationships, solving problems, and helping people turn underperforming properties into assets they’re proud of.
