Back in Venezuela, Alex grew-up in a real estate family group who owns and managed
industrial properties, multifamily and hospitality buildings. Growing up Alex
finished its studies in Advertising and moved to the USA.

During the early 2000’s and while finishing a Bachelors degree in Science of Arts in Miami; Alex participate in the commercial real estate business, controlling the acquisitions of a Miami real estate portfolio, for a group of foreigner investors. During those years he developed a remodel & flipping real estate business. By 2010, Alex had a participation as owner and Asset Manager for small commercial properties portfolio, which he later acquired. All these happened, while on the sideline, Alex was establishing and directing one of the best photo studios business in
South Florida..

In 2018, He went full time into Real Estate. Today Alex Cabrera is a commercial real estate
agent with lots of experience involved in buying-Selling & managing
commercial assets. Alex is committed to upgrade your “customer experience”.
