Designed by Seeberger Architecture and Langan Engineering, the new development features a ± 139,655-square-foot Class-A, front-load building with a 32’ clear height. The building will boast thirty-seven (37) truck trailer stalls, thirty-one (31) dock high doors, two (2) grade-level doors, a 130’ truck court and will be ESFR sprinklered.
