He also specializes in land development for corner stores, multi-family properties, industrial spaces, and master plan communities. His mission is to create thriving communities that blend seamlessly with the evolving landscape of commercial real estate.

Within the auspices of Endura, Patrick has skillfully honed his abilities to turn vacant land into valuable assets and develop spaces that meet the diverse needs of communities and businesses. Patrick’s journey into the CRE industry began as a former collegiate athlete #73, where he learned the value of teamwork, discipline, and determination. These same attributes that propelled him on the field have been instrumental in his achievements in real estate.

He takes pride in his educational foundation, having been a two-time graduate from the University of Texas at Austin.
