CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Matt combines career experience in both Landlord and Tenant rep brokerage to provide his clients with valuable perspective for their real estate needs. His expertise includes all aspects of site selection, lease negotiation, purchase and sale negotiation, deal structure, financial analysis, marketing, and the overall implementation of real estate strategies.

Matt has worked with companies in Atlanta and nationally, including CAI Logistics, China Airlines, Narwhal Digital, Three Bridges Financial Group, The Moreno Law Firm, Edward Jones, and many other mid-market leaders. He has also provided agency leasing services to institutional Landlords including Noro Management, Goddard Investment Group, The Dilweg Companies, Gemini Rosemont, and Realco. Prior to joining Transwestern, Matt was a Co-Founder of NFS Brokerage and an Associate of Stream Realty Partners, where he was responsible for over 1.4 million square feet of office space.

EDUCATION

Matt is a graduate of Dartmouth College where he graduated with a Bachelor’s in Government.
