Mr. Muse joined the TB Advisors/TB team in Nov. 2017, and is currently a Senior Director. His experience & knowledge in Advising clients thru Tenant Representation consists of over 26 years in Local & National Markets. This includes Industrial (Logistics) & Office markets, enhancing the use of creativity to strategically plan for the Tenant, plus aim for the Highest Enterprise Value applicable to a Company’s CRE portfolio by Shrinking Costs of short & long term transactions.
Prior to Brokerage at TB, Danny has performed and grown at a Professional Level with companies such as Wilcox Realty, Thomson Realty, Swearingen Realty Group & Transwestern Commercial. He has also engaged and completed several CRE transactions thru independent Brokerage.
Mr. Muse resides in the DFW area.
