Charlie Cummings

Founder and Employing Broker, Charlie Cummings, worked as a consultant in the aviation industry prior to joining KW Commercial, as a real estate broker in 2017. Within his career, Charlie has worked with clients nationally in providing a personal and collaborative approach to development, planning, and environmental-related projects. He truly believes that the values that make Innovate unique, are the key values to his success throughout his professional career.

For Charlie, entrepreneurship has been one of the greatest gifts allowing him to educate and empower others about truly living a life worth living. Outside his brokerage business, Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife Andrea, and dog Noah in their community of Parker, Colorado.
