The Garage Society is a community comprising garage condos for private storage and personal warehouse use that are 1,000 to 1,950 square feet in size. The complex is fully fenced and gated, with 24/7 access and expansive driveways. The condos come standard with a 60-amp electrical panel, 120/240V 4-plex outlet, insulated galvalume walls, high-bay LED lights, and natural gas heat. Each space has an automatic overhead door, either 14-foot by 14-foot or 12-foot by 14-foot, depending on the unit, and a regular man door. There is an RV dump station and water hook-up available as well. Owners and tenants will find more features in the clubhouse, including a meeting room, kitchen, two shared restrooms, and a lounge area with couches and a TV. The Garage Society is solely intended and approved for private use. Phase I has already sold out and has begun to foster a society of car enthusiasts, hobbyists, high-end storage users, and more.
