The Holly Springs Social (HSS) is the retail heart of the Holly Springs Town Center. HSS is anticipating a targeted delivery date of 1/2026. HSS design is very similar look to St. Arnolds Brewery in Houston, TX. The Town Center is set to complete in 2029.

Building dimensions are 8,350/SF of restaurant which includes 2,400/SF mezzanine + 5,600/SF of patio 4,200/SF of which is covered. The patio will tie-in with the Amphitheater.

Since 2022 there have been 1,300 new apartments, TH’s, single family homes built within 1 mile of the Town Center. Currently there are +/-500 more set to deliver within the next 36 months not including what is being developed at the TC.
