The business park provides office, office/warehouse, raw warehouse space, and an ideal location that provides efficient space for expansion needs. All warehouse spaces have roll-up doors (10’x10’) or (10’x12’) in addition to the two (2) on-site common docks. CAM includes water expenses, base year tax and insurance and we have multiple configurations currently available.
