This building was built to spec for Dow Corning and was known as the Regional Program Site consisting of two adjoined buildings comprised of a conference/training center with three large conference rooms, a computer “command center,” catering kitchenette, large foyer and restrooms. The ajoining rear building has specialized construction for computer vault/data center use with an 18” raised steel paneled floor, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), generator, extensive cooling facilities and dry fire suppression system. This part of the building also contains warehouse space and a 19’ x 64” concrete truck well and dock.
