Comprised of 6 on-site dining options and a large recreational yard for outdoor seating, Bowen Yard is going to be an active and dynamic food destination. We are currently looking for 3 unique food vendors, each to take a 750 SF independent restaurant space. The space will be delivered as a finished shell with a storefront door and two windows, and will include basic lighting, plumbing (including grease trap), 96-inch hood system, and hook-ups for kitchen equipment. The interior steel beam ceiling, sealed concrete floors, and drywall will give you a clean yet “industrial chic” canvas to make your own with paint, furnishings, and finishes. Tenant to provide all equipment.
