This results in an estimated population growth of 452,000± people that has occurred in the last few years. The majority of this activity is located north of HWY 198.

The Northside Shopping Center is anchored by Food 4 Less, DD’s (a division of Ross Stores) and Dollar Tree. The center is uniquely positioned to service the northern portion of Visalia and secondary trade area of Dinuba, Orosi-Cutler and Ivanhoe. Dinuba Boulevard is quickly developing out as Visalia’s new retail corridor with the addition of Target, Ross, DD’s and more recent announcements of In n’ Out and El Pollo Loco. This emerging retail corridor will have the opportunity to reach a diverse and growing market, solidifying their position within the community and its future.
