Within our project, we have 598 residential units and 100,000 SF of office sitting behind the retail pads that will help generate daily revenue and bring long-term stability. As shown in the prior pages our main access point is placed at a lighted intersection directly across from Ballantrae Blvd. This avenue connects our site with both phase 1 and 2 of the Bexley Ranch expansion and will bring 13,000+ daily drivers just from that residential development alone. Along with Bexley moving at full speed, which will generate an additional 13,476 homes by the year 2020, several other subdivisions sharing access to Ballantrae Blvd are in growth mode. Concord Station is expanding their residential community by 25% and Suncoast Meadows is adding an addition 50% to their footprint.
