Building systems ready for Tenant’s use include 2.5” natural gas, 2,500 AMP for all 13,068 SF, 480 volt, 4-wire, 3 phase electric for all retail spaces, 24’ grease duct, and 16” x 16” exhaust duct for Retail B.​ A total of three 1,500 gallon of grease trap interceptors will be provided by the developer for Tenant’s use.​ On-site trash disposal is available to Tenants.​ Parking is provided in the on-site parking garage which is directly behind the retail spaces, as well as 40 commercial parking spaces with 4 on-street spaces.​
