Planned three-story medical office development will include two floors of approximately 4,185 RSF each, for total of 8,370 RSF. The second and third, 4,185 RSF, floors will feature 10 foot ceilings and an almost 500 SF covered balcony providing outdoor space. Ground floor will provide 32 parking spaces, including a space to accommodate emergency vehicles, located adjacent to a wheelchair and medical stretcher accessible elevator to transport patients to the second and third floor offices. Each upper floor will also be accessible by east and west stairwells.
