The warehouses are currently under development. The first warehouse will be 6,000/sf. Spaces will be subdivided no smaller that 1500/sf. Every subdivided space will have 1 or more drive in bay doors available, restroom and a 120/sf office. Landlord is willing to work with tenant on build out to add additional offices, restroom, doors, etc to lease space during the development process. TI may be negotiable. The lease rate is $1/sf Monthly Gross + Utilities.
