Wayne Murphy

Wayne Murphy is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker who began his commercial real estate career in 2007 when he joined Jan Rhea, a 35-year commercial real estate veteran within the Dallas/Ft Worth market. Wayne worked very closely with Jan specializing in Tenant and Buyer representation until taking over full management of the brokerage as its President in 2013. Looking to expand the services available to his clients, Wayne teamed up with KW Commercial in 2015, where he began doing business as Diligent Commercial Group.

Wayne provides services in both leasing and sales and has successfully transacted over one million square feet of space representing local, national, and international clients. He has completed transactions within multiple asset classes, including medical/professional office, industrial manufacturing/distribution, restaurant, and general retail. Wayne has also provided representation in land transactions, ground-up development projects, investment properties, and project leasing.

Wayne is an avid student of the commercial real estate industry, has completed the CCIM education, holds a Certified Negotiation Expert designation, and believes there is no substitution for experience. He prides himself on maintaining the principles of honesty, integrity, and diligence as the foundation of his business. He is focused on the representation he provides and creating long-standing quality relationships with his clients.
