An Annapolis native, Taylor applies local knowledge to strategically support tenants seeking industrial and office space. He possesses a strong grasp of industrial businesses’ operational considerations, having built foundational skills through experience at Pepsi MidAmerica and SRS Distribution. Coninuing a family legacy of entrepreneurship and leadership in office, industrial, and construction, Taylor brings an innate passion for helping business owners expand their footprints.

Prior to KLNB, Taylor launched his career in commercial real estate through a role in affordable housing development. He attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, where he studied Economics.
