Tamara Sula

Tamara Sula joined NAI Realvest as a Commercial Real Estate Associate. She is
currently working across different asset classes and is focused on research,
deal origination, communication strategy, and execution of commercial
investments and deals. She excels at communicating
with clients and works to provide a pleasurable transaction.

Prior to commercial real estate, Tamara was Vice President
of National Sales for Univision Communications where she worked with national
corporate clients and agencies. She is skilled at developing strategies to
achieve client goals.

Tamara began her career working in account management at
both regional and national advertising agencies where she led brand
development, marketing planning, and advertising execution for top tier brands.

Raised in Southwest Florida, Tamara studied advertising and
marketing at Florida State University. Her passion for real estate started at a
young age and she brings personal experience of being both an investor and
landlord.

After more than 25 years of media, marketing, advertising, and
sales experience, her career has enabled her to live in multiple markets throughout
the state of Florida as well as Chicago, Illinois. She returned to Central Florida
after a successful business career to be near family and build her commercial
real estate business.
