Schneider, is a Senior Associate at Carvalho Commercial Real Estate, the
leading commercial real estate advisory services and investment firm based in
Miami, servicing South Florida Formerly a top producer at a real estate
firm specializing luxury residential properties in South Florida, Romi focused
in commercial real estate investments sales. Romi has exceptional knowledge of
commercial loans and has developed creative solutions to her investor clients.
With fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Romi brings a unique
perspective to the table with a passion for helping clients achieve their
investment objectives.

Romi is a graduate of Florida International University, where she earned
undergraduate degrees in Marketing and International Business before obtaining
a Master of Science in International Real Estate (MSIRE) with honors. As a
lifetime member of Beta Gamma Sigma.

Romi’s life experiences and sharp intellect are invaluable assets in helping
clients navigate the complexities of commercial real estate transactions,
including the commercial loan process and underwriting. She regularly mentors
junior students through the Real Estate Mentor Program at FIU and volunteers on
her community’s Violations Housing Board. Romi is also actively involved with
Hope Methodist Church, where she participates in charity work.
