I’m a bicoastal broker - dually licensed in CA & NY, where I’ve been involved in some facet of real estate over twenty years.

On our initial conversation, my team will ask you questions so we understand your space requirements. Then, we provide a presentation of the available sites, along with market & industry reports, for your review. We’ll schedule showings & tours on your behalf. When you’ve decided on a space, we’ll talk strategy. Lastly, we’ll represent you when dealing with Landlords and their Representatives…at no charge to you - we get paid from their Agent’s commission.

With over two decades of experience across the whole spectrum of real estate: investment banking, commercial and residential brokerage, affordable housing, property management, and development, real estate is second nature to me and can attest to the common belief that real estate is a cut-throat business. I sharpened my financial skills on Wall Street and developed grit and fortitude in the Bronx commercial real estate scene…and am excited to bring that combination, along with my diverse experience, to Southern California. Our site-selection process and negotiating skills are top-notch…put them to work for you!

I am a real estate junkie - I read read read to stay up to date on my markets, industry trends, best practices and standards, and enjoy engaging with all stakeholders about real estate.
