Marc Krieger

Marc
Krieger specializes in both office and industrial real estate, providing
enterprise solutions and transactional expertise in the NJ/NY Metropolitan
area. A veteran with over 39 years of experience, Mr. Krieger has coordinated
the brokerage and marketing activities on behalf of institutional property
owners, real estate fund advisors and local owners and developers involving
several million square feet of office, medical office (MOB), life science, surgi-centers,
mixed-use retail and industrial properties. Mr. Krieger has also represented
corporate space occupiers, medical practices, retail, light manufacturing,
sales and fulfillment distributors including refrigerated food warehouse and
distribution businesses in their acquisition of facilities to lease or
purchase and in the disposition of excess real estate.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Mr. Krieger served as the Managing Director for
The Kwartler Companies, coordinating all their brokerage and marketing
activities for almost 20 years. Prior
to working with The Kwartler Companies, Mr. Krieger operated his own brokerage
company, providing both agency services and tenant representation primarily in
Rockland and Orange Counties, NY. Mr. Krieger started his commercial real estate brokerage career in New York City with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1983.
