Julia Sosa

Julia Sosa is the Principal of LandQwest Commercial Orlando.

With over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, she is the former Executive Vice President of Real Property Specialists and co-founder and co-owner of the Retailer One on One event.

Now called RetailLIVE!, the event is a commercial real estate trade show that has more than 200 national retailer exhibitors and an attendance of over 3,500 people.

Julia is skilled in leasing, management, marketing, receivership and brokerage. She has managed and leased community shopping centers, strip centers, enclosed malls, outlet malls, and lifestyle centers, as well as office buildings, industrial buildings and medical facilities.

During her time at Century Retail in Lakeland, she served as Vice President of Retail Development.

Julia was responsible for the leasing of over 50 retail developments throughout the southeast ranging from 10,000 square feet strip centers to 600,000 square feet mixed use centers.

She worked with the construction department throughout the development process and developed and supervised retail leasing and acquisition departments and devised and implemented marketing strategies to attract major national retailers.
