About James
James (Jim) Schnur is the president and designated managing broker of
Integrated Real Estate Solutions, Inc., a firm he launched in 2003 after nearly
20 years negotiating and overseeing real estate transactions at Hewlett Packard
Co. and Agilent Technologies, Inc.. Integrated Real Estate Solutions provides real
estate transaction management, process expertise, and strategic planning advice
to a wide range of companies from small businesses to Fortune 100 firms. During
his career, Jim has negotiated more than $970 million worth of successful
commercial real estate deals. An active member of the Northern Illinois
Commercial Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, Jim
also holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, the gold
standard for professional achievement in commercial real estate. Jim holds a
bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Iowa.
