Cameron Schwab

Over the years, Cameron has been revitalizing urban communities along the west coast. In his more recent commercial real estate experience in Silicon Valley, Cameron sourced and underwrote new investment deals, negotiated new land acquisitions / contracts / new partnerships / joint venture formations, managed forward planning with clients, strategized equity and debt placement, and coordinated land use entitlement and asset disposition.

Cameron currently lives in Portland, Oregon and leads the commercial real estate brokerage division for Team Schwab with KW Commercial. Cameron is a licensed and practicing commercial real estate broker in the State of Oregon with Keller Williams Realty Portland Premiere.

Cameron has worked with a wide variety of clients, representing buyers, sellers, leasers, and landlords. His transaction list involves large warehouses, call centers, vacant land, restaurants, retail centers, senior living centers, and more.

Working with local businesses to find the next space they can call “home”, whether they decide to lease or own is one of Cameron’s passions, having grown up in this area.
