Bryan Fournier

Bryan Fournier is a Principal and founding member of SilverPoint Advisors. Bryan has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience which includes representations of local and national tenants/users for acquisitions, leasing, sales/purchases, sale/leasebacks, and build to suits.

Bryan combines broad tenant representation experience with an excellent understanding of tenant issues in a fluid market environment. Bryan’s focus and attention to detail has elevated his skills set to guide even the most complex of transactions.

Prior to forming SilverPoint Advisors, Bryan was a Senior Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle, and also served as Senior Vice President for The Staubach Company after several successful years as Managing Director with Studley, which included a “Rookie of the Year” honor. Bryan has been named The Irvine Company Broker of the Quarter/Year on several occasions.
