Brian Bacon

Brian Bacon serves as the First Vice President of CBRE’s Kansas City office. He and his team focus on office leasing and sales brokerage - with a specialty in tenant representation for office space users, agency leasing for Landlords, and corporate services and transaction management for companies entire real estate portfolio. Brian’s driving focus is to help clients become more strategic about their real estate strategy and put them in the best position to succeed in their business mission. He is a resource focused on providing an informed perspective to make complicated transactions more simple for your company.

Brian has a well-deserved reputation as one of the hardest working and most successful office brokers in the Kansas City real estate community. He has more than 25 years’ experience working with some of the area’s most prominent commercial office transactions. He has completed more than 7,000,000 square feet of transactions valued at more than $650 million. Brian’s clients range in size and structure from startups to Fortune 100 corporations. Backed by CBRE’s global platform with of over 24,175 employees in 161 offices, there is no project to complicated.

He is the recipient of multiple industry awards including the Kansas City Regional Association of Commercial Realtors Salesperson of the Year, KCRAR highest volume office award winner, and multiple years finishing in the “Top 5” in production for his firm.

Brian is a graduate of the University of Missouri and is active in the Kansas City community having volunteered often with the Ronald McDonald House, United Way, and many other local organizations. Brian and his wife Tina have two kids, Carissa and Bennett, and are members of the Platte Woods United Methodist Church. When not in the office, Brian enjoys coaching multiple kids’ sporting teams, cooking, camping and fly fishing.
