André Collins, CCIM, MSRE

OVERVIEW

As an Advisor, Andre brings almost a decade of combined experience in Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Finance. While Andre’s foundation is in research, complex quantitative analyses and reporting, he excels in a commercial real estate advisory capacity for various other private and institutional clients, providing representation for Leasing, Investment Sales, Sale-Leaseback, Site Selection, and Build-To-Suit development transactions. His analytical expertise, leadership skills, and extraordinary work ethic allows him to easily conceptualize and resolve both complex and multifaceted client matters.

Andre has a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Development (Cum Laude Honors) from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte (UNCC), and a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking & Finance (Summa Cum Laude Honors) from Johnson C Smith University (JCSU). Andre is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and has an active real estate license for North Carolina and South Carolina.

Andre is an Immigrant from Jamaica who originally came to the United Sates as world-ranked junior athlete, after accepting a full athletic scholarship to compete in NCAA track & field. He competed at the highest level in collegiate athletics as a sprint hurdler which lead to multiple NCAA All-American awards.
