Joshua (Josh) Holcombe

Josh has over 18 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Josh started his real estate career while in college at the University of Mississippi assisting a multi-family developer with a 200 unit apartment to condo project in a leasing and project manager capacity.
In 2006 he joined a retail development firm as a project manager, developing freestanding retail pharmacy projects. Later adding the role of acquisition manager. Josh assisted in the development of 30+ projects exceeding $130m in project value.
In 2012 Josh became a full time real estate agent and development advisor with an established commercial and agriculture brokerage company. Josh assisted clients in the disposition, acquisition, leasing and development of retail, office, Industrial and land properties. During his time with this brokerage company, Josh successfully leased a portfolio of Shopping Centers while strategically disposing of the assets to achieve maximum investment expectations for the Investment companies. Josh has leased over 500 transactions and sold shopping centers, retail buildings, Industrial buildings, office buildings, land properties and assisted in large agribusiness portfolio transactions.
Joshua (Josh) is Principal Broker licensed in Mississippi and Tennessee.
